Cancellation Policy
*NO CALL NO SHOW LESS THAN 24 HOUR CANCELLATIONS will be charged 50% of the booked service. If your card has insufficient funds you will be responsible to pay the remaining 50% before you are able to book another appointment and all other appointments will be cancelled immediately until paid.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEES. IF your card has insufficient funds you will be responsible to pay the remaining 100% before you are able to book another appointment and all other appointments will be cancelled immediately until paid.
*15 minute grace period allowed. After 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled.
